tucker - a brilliant man

Postby JoeF » Sun Jan 27, 2002 7:16 pm

Tucker was a brilliant man, ahead of his time. Some of his ideas are found in the cars we use today. He also followed his dream until it was realized. He wasn't a con man; the "Tin Goose" was merely put together quickly in order to meet a deadline. His other cars were all that he promised. He wasn't quite a hero, though. I don't usually think of car makers as heroes.

He was a dreamer. Big dreams, high ambitions, with determanation makes this guy a hero. He sticks up for the common man, and the dreams that are forged by the dreamer, and honest man. this makes Prestion Tucker a hero in my book,
I believe that Tucker was a brilliant man. He was rather eccentric, but it seems that most geniuses are. He was also far ahead of his time. His work revolutionized both the American Automobile Industry and it's free market values.

I think Tucker was both a con-man and a dreamer. He had big dreams for his great cars, but he also conned people into buying them when he hadn't even built them yet. He is a man to be admired. He was a great sals man.

I think that Tucker was a brilliant man, not a con artist. He did his best to give the public what they wanted, not what his superiors thought that the car should be. Tucker was just a little ahead of his time.

I think Preston Tucker was a brilliant man in how he created so many new ideas for cars to come. He revolutionized safety features in cars, and pressured the big 3 into adapting some of his ideas into their cars. He was a man ahead of his time.
